1. What happens if we don't reach our funding goal?
We're taking pre-orders to fund the project, and will base the amount we order and produce off of how much is raised. In the event that we do not reach the amount needed to fully fund the project, we will notify and refund all customers before deciding what to do next.
2. When are zines expected to ship?
Pre-orders are slated to end January 7th. After that, we'll tally up how much we need to order. Production should take about 1-2 months, but with the holidays and worldwide economic unrest that may change. We will keep our social media updated with any changes and/or delays!
3. What charity will profits go to?
Based on our contributors' choice, all profits from this zine will be donated to Action for Child Trauma International - a charitable organization providing communities with the tools and training needed to treat traumatized children! Find out more about our chosen charity here.
4. Will you ship to the UK? What about Germany?
Yes, we will ship to both! We cannot be held responsible for any extra charges through customs or VAT, however. You are buying at your own financial risk.
5. Will you give refunds? Or replace damaged items?
Every item will be inspected thoroughly before being shipped out. The utmost care will be taken in packaging the products to protect them in transit. If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong item, it will be replaced if you provide proof that it was our fault. If the damage is done during shipping, we will assess the damage and determine whether it warrents a replacement or refund.
